InfinityLab’s Shipping Policy

InfinityLab is not liable for any delay in delivery by the courier company/ postal authorities and only guarantee to hand over the consignment to courier company or postal authorities within 3 working days from the date of the order and payment or as per delivery date agreed at the time of order confirmation. Any damages incurred to the product during transit and as reported by customer will be escalated to shipping partner and resolution as deemed fit by InfinityLab in the best interest of customer will be communicated to the customer.

General Shipping Information:

  • Expedited shipping options are available at an additional cost.
  • We cannot ship items to P.O. Boxes, APO/FPO/DPO addresses.
  • Shipments are subject to carrier on time performance and availability.
  • In addition to transit time, there may be processing time. Please note the estimated delivery date at check out.

When Can I Expect My Package?

  • If order contains Preorder / Backorder and in stock items, in stock items will ship first and Preorder / Backorder items will ship when available.
  • To know when your in-stock package will arrive, visit the Product page and look under the "Add to Cart" button OR during checkout at the "Shipping step”.
  • The delivery estimation message calculates the delivery date based on your "zip code”. Please note that your order will be delayed if we need to contact you for address verification or other issues related to your order.   • Shipments subject to carrier performance restrictions. This is includes but is not limited to; severe weather, natural disasters, and other conditions beyond our control . Click here for more information.

When will I receive my order?

Orders are usually delivered within 3-5 working days for West Malaysia and up to 7 working days for East Malaysia. Bulky products may take longer time to be delivered.

Are there areas you don't deliver to?

If the postal code of your address is not serviceable, our website we will notify you at the time of placing the order.

Does delivery take longer to some areas?

Delivery may take a few extra days to East Malaysia. Bulky products may take longer time to be delivered.

Will my order be delivered as complete order?

Based on product availability, we always attempt to ship out the complete orders. However, on account of certain scenarios we may ship out partial orders to you. You will be contacted by customer service in such an event.

Will I be charged for delivery?

Your delivery charges will be displayed during the checkout process.
