  • Yes, you can charge your devices with common USB-A and USB-C cables.
  • FOD (foreign object detection) is a security guarantee that must be included in Qi certification.
    This means our Infinity Lab Qi-certified power bank can detect if a foreign object, such as metal, is on its surface.  
    If that happens, the wireless charger either stops charging or does not start charging at all.
  • Normally, the InfinityLab power bank may be warm to the touch during discharging.  
    However, if the power bank becomes too hot, starts to expand, or emits a strong odor, please stop using it immediately and contact our customer service. 
  • The InfinityLab power bank is not waterproof, if it gets wet, there's a chance for short-circuit, which can cause damage to other electronics that you plug into them. Ensure that you keep your power bank dry at all times.
