  • Yes, you can charge your devices with common USB-A and USB-C cables.
  • The InfinityLab power bank will have lower charging efficiency under cold or freezing environments (below 5 degrees Celcius). Therefore, you will feel it’s charging slowly.

    However, when you return to normal temperature (below 35 degrees Celsius), the InfinityLab power bank’s charging efficiency will be back to normal.
  • Normally, batteries under 100Wh (Watt-hour) can be carried on the plane during flights.
    InfinityLab 5.000 power bank is 18.65Wh (Watt-hour), and the 10.000 power bank is 38.5Wh (Watt-hour), which should be allowed as a carry-on item.

    We advise you to consult the flight company if you are in doubt before using it as a carry-on item.
     
  • The InifilityLab power bank is Qi-certified for a maximum of 10W of Qi wireless charging.
    Your device should support Qi charging, and the actual wireless charging speed may vary depending on the device.

    For example, iPhone 11 Pro supports Max 7.5W Qi charging, and Samsung Galaxy S21 supports Max 15W QI charging.  

    Check your device details to know how much power it can receive. 
  • For InfinityLab charger, the recommended operating temperature is between 0-45°C.
    Our chargers provide auto protection against overheating as well as overcurrent/overvoltage conditions.
    Therefore, when the operating temperature is outside the range, this charger will auto adjust the output powers to protect itself and your devices.
  • For 5,000 models, the Max power output is 18W total.
    For 10,000 models, the Max power output is 30W total.

    It means when charging more than one device simultaneously, total max. output is 18W for 5,000 models and 30W for 10,000 models.

  • The integrated cable cannot be replaced or detached.
    In case cable is damage please contact our customer service team for help.
  • It is normal because USB-PD (USB Power Delivering) fast charging has a higher charging speed at the beginning and lower when your device soon to be full.
  • When your phone/device is fully charged, the InfinityLab power bank will stop output (charging).
